1. During the maximum stroke of the shock absorber, the exposed part of the fork tube (including the oil seal fitting section) must be free of scratches and chrome defects such as pinholes, blisters, and particles. Slight abrasions are allowed. There is a card issue phenomenon); |
2. The rest of the shock absorber fork pipe (excluding the oil seal matching section) is allowed to have bumps and abrasions and plating defects, but there must be no protrusion; |
3. The outer surface of the threaded end of the fork pipe is not allowed There are nodules and ablation after plating. |
4 | Scouring | 1. Wash the aluminum cylinder and vacuum it with a straw. Requirement: No obvious particulate matter. |

5 | Tail hole bolt inspection | 1. Each batch draws 20 sticks to test the torque, requiring 15-25N.m |
